Guaranteed Secure Online Shopping

All Beanies ® & Attic Treasures ® are shipped with tag-protectors.
We will confirm all orders via email. You should receive your confirmation email within 24 hours. If you don't hear from us in that time it could be that there was a problem with the email address you supplied - please check with us via email: Danny@UrbanTreasures.com.
If you don't have email, please mail your payment & we'll ship your order. Sorry, but we can't afford to return long distance calls at this time (unless there's a problem with your order.)
The listings in the store reflect what we had in stock the last time we updated. We update our store inventory listings daily, but we cannot guarantee that what you order is in stock since we receive multiple orders at a time. We will fill the orders in the order they're received.

Orders paid by Money Order will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
Orders paid by Personal Check will be shipped immediately upon receipt of payment from past customers, otherwise, they'll be held for up to 10 days while the check clears.

Shipping Info

We ship most domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping charges are based on quantity of items ordered as follows:
$5.49 - 1-2 items
$6.99 - 3-4 items
$8.49 - 5-6 items
$9.49 - 7-8 items
$10.99 - 9-10 items
$11.99 - 11 or more items
Some items, like display cases, require additional shipping. We'll notify you of any additional charges if they're not listed in the item descriptions.
Shipping charges are ocasionally reported slightly lower by our shopping cart program. We'll send you an updated total by email if that happens on your order.
Shipping for Trading Cards will be discounted by us after we receive your order. Most will be charged the min. shipping charge posted above. Small orders may be sent via 1st-class mail for $0.99.
International shipping rates will be based on USPS "Air Mail Letter Post" when available. Visit http://ircalc.usps.gov to estimate the cost of your order shipment. (We add about $1.00 to posted rates to cover our other shipping costs.)

Satisfaction Guarantee

All products for sale are authentic, new, mint condition unless otherwise noted.
All hang-tags are near-mint to mint condition unless otherwise stated in the item description.
We make every effort to preserve the hang-tag quality of our products. We do not consider minor "dents" or "dings" to be significant flaws and will therefore not be listed. Creases & scratches will be noted in the item description.
Our Bottom Line is that we want you to be happy with your purchase from us, and we'll do all we can to insure that.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order by sending email to Danny@UrbanTreasures.com before the order is shipped.
If you paid by credit card and we have already processed the transaction a 4% fee will deducted from the refund. (This is what our bank charges us - we don't realize any profit from this fee.)
If your order contained one or more Special Order items and we have already ordered the items before you cancel then a 5%-10% fee may be deducted from the refund (depending on the dollar value of the items special ordered.)

Return Policy

You have 3 days after receipt of merchandise to inspect your shipment & request a return.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval from us. Please contact us prior to returning anything whether it's due to damage or unsatisfaction or just changing your mind. :-)
After we've approved the return, please pack it well - as it was packed when we shipped it - & return it via USPS Priority Mail (as we shipped it to you.)
After we receive the return & inspect it, we will ship a replacement or a refund.
If the return was due to a defect or other problem, we'll refund the price of the returned goods & the shipping cost you paid us & your cost of returning the goods.
If the return was for any other reason we'll refund you the cost of the goods returned only. If the order was paid by credit card, a 4% fee will be deducted from the refund. (This is what our bank charges us - we're just passing it on to you.)
If the return was for any other reason AND you return an item marked "Free Shipping" or "Shipping Included" then your refund will be reduced by the amount it cost us to ship the order to you.
"Special Order" items are items that we do not normally stock. We will order items marked as "Special Order" for you but do not want to stock them so if you choose to return an item designated as "Special Order" we may impose a 10% re-stocking charge in addition to any other charges for the return.

All customer information is strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold to anyone else --- EVER!
Customer data is stored on our company computers & will be used strictly for the business of our company.

Order Agreement Terms

When you place an order from us either via our website order form or via email you are entering into an agreement with us. You agree to send payment as indicated on the order form in a timely manner (within 7 days) and we agree to send the selected products to you in a timely manner as advertised.
If you change your mind about your order for any reason, it is your responsibility to let us know within 7 days of your order. We hold the items for you pending receipt of your payment. This can cause us lost sales if you later cancel your order & we missed an opportunity to offer the item(s) for sale during that period.
We transact all our business by the internet so it is your responsibility to supply us with a valid email account which will allow us to communicate online.
Bounced checks: If you pay by check & your bank refuses to honor that check for any reason, you're responsible for paying again for your total amount due plus a penalty of up to $25.00. We may also, at our discretion, file mail fraud charges with the USPS.
Notice to international customers: It is the responsibility of international customers to pay all duties and import charges required for shipments. Urban Treasures is not responsible for these charges, and does not distribute or maintain this information. Rejected shipments are subject to a restocking charge.
Failure to abide by these terms may result in such measures as (but not limited to) being reported to the Bad Traders List and similar feedback devices, as well as being banned from future transactions with us.
